OK everyone it is that\u2019s time of year\u2026 It is the new year! I ALWAYS ask myself during the last few days of a year if\u00a0 \u201cit is time to make changes\u201d.\u00a0 I always giggle at myself because, if you know me then you know I am ALWAYS making changes, but am I always making changes that \u201cis for a better me or changes that are for a more enhanced me!\u00a0 I find the key word here is enhanced<\/u><\/em>!<\/p>\n

Listen, reality is, every New Year people make \u201cNew Year\u2019s Resolutions\u201d.\u00a0 People say I\u2019m going to lose 15 pounds\u2026 I\u2019m going to be happier\u2026. I\u2019m going to take a trip\u2026 or I\u2019m going to get a new job\u2026. Sound familiar? It should we have all done this.\u00a0 But here is the kicker\u2026. None of, us including me, will ever get any of these \u201cResolutions\u201d done unless we actually confront why we have not been successful at this \u201cresolution\u201d before and we take the time to make a plan and put it into effect.\u00a0 Few people understand WHY these resolutions don\u2019t work. The reason is simple: They\u2019re too\u00a0broad<\/em>.<\/p>\n
