Moving your body will help you feel better!<\/em><\/p>\n

New Year, New You, New Ideas and all sorts of New Things happening right now for us all!! But today, I want to gently remind you that our bodies love to move, which in turn will help lift your mood and you will feel more in control and connected to things and, well, you might just find yourself laughing some in the moment.<\/p>\n

Are you feeling stuck and ready to move into feeling more alive? If so try moving your body\u2026 start to dance a little when you hear music around you, go outside for a hike, go into the gym and lift some weights (reminding your muscles they were created for moving), or just walk around a little outside and look at the sky, the trees, the grass or the birds, engage your body and really feel it!<\/p>\n

Give your muscles and body a chance to do what they were created for, and the surprise of a lifetime might happen, you may just find that all areas of your body and your life benefit.\u00a0 When life takes over, we tend to forget this simple thing that can help us become healthier and happier!<\/p>\n

We all must remember to make time for self-care and not neglect opportunities to engage our bodies in our journeys of life!\u00a0 Start looking for new ideas maybe dancing to music that comes on, Yoga is a great way to keep your body moving or just getting outside into nature! Remember moving your body shows you are alive and living!<\/p>\n
