There is a famous saying \u201cyou never know until you try\u201d is an amazing rule of thumb to follow as an adult!\u00a0 I\u2019m not sure about you, but I learned long ago that I do not want to say, I regret not try new things at the end of my life\u2026<\/p>\n

Whether you realize it or not, most of us spend the majority of our day doing things we have already done hundreds of times before. Very rarely do people actually for the experience. But what if you made it a point to do exactly that? There are many benefits to doing new things \u2013 don\u2019t cheat yourself out of them.<\/p>\n

We use this theory and concept on kids so why not for ourselves.\u00a0 It might be good for us too, you know!<\/p>\n

I am blogging about this because I think it is important to remember that it is ok to try new things.\u00a0 You can learn something from a new experience\ud83d\ude0aand frankly it may be worth it!<\/p>\n
