Ok you all\u2026. It is time to learn that it is OK to be gentle with you!!\u00a0 We often push this aside and get in our own way with even knowing that we are doing it!<\/p>\n

Life is full of obstacles and challenges around every turn.\u00a0 Isn\u2019t it time that we learn that we should not personally be the challenge or obstacle we are trying to avoid?\u00a0 Things tough enough!<\/p>\n

Life is full of change and growth and it is key to remember that we need to be gentle with ourselves to get through it!\u00a0 I don\u2019t know about you, but my life seems to be moving rather quickly and I use all of my energy to keep going to get to the goal of whatever I am working on.\u00a0 However, sometimes using all that energy runs me down to the point of taking me out for a couple of hours or days.<\/p>\n

Recently I was reminded that if I slow down just a bit and be gentle with myself that the crash can be avoided.<\/p>\n

Yes, I know some of you are probably saying\u2026. But it is difficult to notice what is happening when I am caught up in the tornado of fixing everything at the same time, so much so that I lose my momentum of where I am trying to go.\u00a0 I get it!\u00a0 \u00a0Here is the key:<\/p>\n

Being gentle with yourself does not mean that you do not accomplish things\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It just means that you take some time to care of yourself which results<\/strong><\/p>\n

in more accomplishments and better outcomes!<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are so many different ways of taking care of self that it is crazy to says it is not possible…<\/p>\n

Tea break\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Movie\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Call to BFF<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vitamins\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Good Food\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Yoga Class<\/strong><\/p>\n

Extra Sleep\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Field Trip\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Retreats<\/strong><\/p>\n

Message\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Healers\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Gym Time<\/strong><\/p>\n

Walk in Nature\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Bath time\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0etc. etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you take the time to do something from the vast amount of ideas for self-care then you<\/p>\n

Help yourself create space for a more positive, loving and fun life by allowing your energy levels to increase on a daily basis.\u00a0 Think of the possibilities if you were to actually do this!<\/p>\n

Here is the reality everyone\u2026.\u00a0 The more you treat your body with respect and allow self-care with compassion and love you will be able to become 100% more productive, full of more energy and frankly you will feel happier.\u00a0 Unlimited love and healing for more energy is worth it isn\u2019t it!<\/p>\n
