{"id":3867,"date":"2020-03-17T01:36:18","date_gmt":"2020-03-17T01:36:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/happyhikersfitness.com\/?p=3867"},"modified":"2020-03-17T15:21:38","modified_gmt":"2020-03-17T15:21:38","slug":"anything-can-be-overcome","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/happyhikersfitness.com\/anything-can-be-overcome\/","title":{"rendered":"Anything Can Be Overcome"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Anything Can Be Overcome<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThis too shall Pass\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Even when it seems like there is nowhere to turn, there is a solution waiting for you, always.<\/p>\n<p>There is this journey that each of us take as humans, that makes our existence here on earth make sense. Wow!!!! As I am writing this outside my house in Oregon, in the Forest, a Hawk is loudly making itself know!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe\u00a0<strong>hawk<\/strong>\u00a0symbolizes the ability to use intuition and higher vision in order to complete tasks or make important decisions&#8230;.\u00a0<strong>Hawks<\/strong>\u00a0represent the messengers of the\u00a0<strong>spirit<\/strong>\u00a0world, so seeing them definitely means the universe wants you to learn powerful lessons \u00a0or expand your knowledge and wisdom.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Must be on the right path here, so let me keep going. (whoops sorry I do that a lot\u2026 LOL)<\/p>\n<p>During our journeys we may encounter adversity, feel many levels of stress as in current times, and maybe that even turns into thoughts of this cannot get better we are doomed.<\/p>\n<p>But I am here to remind you that there is this other thing that happens during our journey here on earth.\u00a0 The truth of the matter is, no matter what is happening, there is NO situation so bad, no challenge so hard and no choice that is being presented to you that you cannot overcome!\u00a0 I know sometimes it seems that is not true but, we are never without options.<\/p>\n<p>There are two great sayings that come to mind while I write these words\u2026\u00a0 <em>This too shall pass<\/em> and T<em>he way out, is the way through<\/em>.\u00a0 When we remember these two important concepts and we are honest with ourselves as to these simple facts then we can and will overcome anything!\u00a0 Why? Because we will be driven to overcome the craziness, at that moment with solutions and problem solving.<\/p>\n<p>Life no matter what it challenges us with ALWAYS takes the time and touches us with Joy, Love and Empowerment if you just let it be scene! Self-trust is key to this solution.<\/p>\n<p>I want to take a minute to deviate a little (again I know) and tell you of my personal reminder recently.\u00a0 Actually, it was this past Saturday morning, it was kind of raining outside and I was doing a yoga class in the Yurt.\u00a0 I admit I was having a challenging day in class.\u00a0 Then the song by Bob Marley (no judgments please)<strong> Three<\/strong><strong> Little Birds Dub <\/strong>started playing (lol the playlists in the Yurt rock).\u00a0 I happened to be in the\u00a0<strong>Humble Warrior pose<\/strong>\u00a0and the words I heard at that exact moment were:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cdon&#8217;t worry &#8217;bout a thing<br \/>\nCause every little thing gonna be alright\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Could you imagine me at this point?\u00a0 Well, if you know me, I just wanted to dance for a minute, but I stopped and listened I mean I really listened and not just with my ears. \u00a0I listened not only to the music and the words, but I stopped and listened to my inner self! \u00a0Holy cow\u2026\u00a0 If you do not know, the pose I was in is one of the possess in which all aspects of yoga can come together: strength, flexibility, inward reflection, acceptance and a sense of surrender to the universe\u2026\u00a0 all of that with the words \u201cDon\u2019t worry bout a thing \u2018Cause every little thing gonna be alright\u201d was very powerful in that moment. In that now moment.<\/p>\n<p>I finished class, but I have thought about that moment where everything came together by chance, several times since.\u00a0 You see this brings me back to the above\u2026. We are only as sturdy as we allow our minds to not wonder, but to work with us, to reach Joy, Love and Empowerment!<\/p>\n<p>I know someone reading this is saying, yes but, what about the fear?\u00a0 Well fear tries to tell us that there are problems without solutions but in my view that\u2019s just not true and I will even go further and say that if you believe in YOU and dedicate yourself to the creativity in solutions, then you can and will discover paths that have never been open to you before!!\u00a0 It just takes a little change of perspective to find Solutions, Joy, Love and Empowerment!<\/p>\n<p>You do, however, need to remember that your journey is yours and it is a product of your own creation based on choices you make every single day.\u00a0 There is always a solution and the only thing that can stop you is you!<\/p>\n<p>So, let me bring you back to the topic on hand. Anything can be Overcome! It does not matter how difficult the obstacle is, it is no match for the Love of Self, the Fun in the Joy of the NOW, nor is it any kind of obstacle when it comes to Empowerment of Self and
