Ah, winter\u2019s almost over, but there\u2019s still that crisp air and a touch of snow on the ground (somewhere). It\u2019s that in-between season where most people are getting ready for spring and trading in their hiking boots for sandals. But not us! We\u2019re still out there, soaking in the last bits of winter magic, but with a sense of excitement for the warmer days ahead. Hiking during this in-between time is a chance to see nature waking up, with fewer crowds, fresh air, and\u2014let\u2019s be honest\u2014the ultimate bragging rights: \u201cYeah, I hiked in February.\u201d<\/p>
