Ok you all…. It is time to learn that it is OK to be gentle with you!!  We often push this aside and get in our own way with even knowing that we are doing it!

Life is full of obstacles and challenges around every turn.  Isn’t it time that we learn that we should not personally be the challenge or obstacle we are trying to avoid?  Things tough enough!

Life is full of change and growth and it is key to remember that we need to be gentle with ourselves to get through it!  I don’t know about you, but my life seems to be moving rather quickly and I use all of my energy to keep going to get to the goal of whatever I am working on.  However, sometimes using all that energy runs me down to the point of taking me out for a couple of hours or days.

Recently I was reminded that if I slow down just a bit and be gentle with myself that the crash can be avoided.

Yes, I know some of you are probably saying…. But it is difficult to notice what is happening when I am caught up in the tornado of fixing everything at the same time, so much so that I lose my momentum of where I am trying to go.  I get it!   Here is the key:

Being gentle with yourself does not mean that you do not accomplish things….

It just means that you take some time to care of yourself which results

in more accomplishments and better outcomes!

There are so many different ways of taking care of self that it is crazy to says it is not possible…

Tea break                          Movie                        Call to BFF

Vitamins                           Good Food               Yoga Class

Extra Sleep                      Field Trip                 Retreats

Message                            Healers                     Gym Time

Walk in Nature              Bath time                 etc. etc.

When you take the time to do something from the vast amount of ideas for self-care then you

Help yourself create space for a more positive, loving and fun life by allowing your energy levels to increase on a daily basis.  Think of the possibilities if you were to actually do this!

Here is the reality everyone….  The more you treat your body with respect and allow self-care with compassion and love you will be able to become 100% more productive, full of more energy and frankly you will feel happier.  Unlimited love and healing for more energy is worth it isn’t it!
