Good Morning Everyone!
I want to take a brief moment… to talk about our “coming out of Quarantine”.
If nothing else, we have learned that this is our new normal. Social distancing, working more from home, less personal physical connecting and more staying in instead or out!
I am here to remind you that – Reestablishing routines are key!!
I know for me, during these pat few weeks, it was hard to keep in routines as there was always another thing I could start right now around the house or in my life that had nothing to do with my “normality”! Looking back, the lack of routines just made life a little harder to moving into the new normal and boy is my lack of routines is apparent!
Morning routines are key as they set the tone for the rest of the day! Also, they can:
Help remind you how important wellness is (get moving early in the day!)
Mourning Mantras can and will pull you back into the now of life
Morning hydration is a time to hydrate – drink water and start feeling alive
Taking a moment to remind yourself how grateful you are for what you have
Saves you time to get moving as you do not have to think you just do your
morning routines!
Ok, I promised to keep this brief. So, there you have it folks! Morning routines are key to getting on track everyday and help with motivations, purpose and feeling good!
