Marcia Hudgel, has been teaching yoga since February 2010 & practicing several different styles of yoga since attending Kent State University in the early 1990s. In the last 8 years, she has taught over 3000 hours of yoga classes & workshops and is considered an “experienced” yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance, which qualifies her to teach other teachers in continuing education and trainings. Not only does yoga make you feel better physically, but Marcia encourages students to notice the connection it can make them feel off the mat in their daily lives, feeling connected to not only themselves, but to others. She mainly teaches vinyasa flow, but has also taught yin, restoratives, mindfulness meditation and yoga nidra over the years. Her classes will challenge you, but she keeps classes light-hearted and approachable so that students of all levels can experience the benefits of yoga that she has over the years.
Cameron has been working to help people achieve happiness and longevity through health and fitness since 2004. During that time he’s worked with thousands of different people in multiple capacities. He’s coached athletes at every level, including some of the top high school and college athletes in Southern California. In college Cameron worked as an adaptive therapist, focusing primarily on clients suffering form brain trauma, spinal cord injury, and neurological disease. He’s also run a successful personal training business for much of the last decade, and he’s as proud of his client’s success stories anything he’s done in his career. What he’s best known for is the time he spent in Malibu, helping run what at the time was one of the most popular health and fitness resorts in the country. In Malibu Cameron coached, trained, and mentored thousands of people from all over the world. In his own words “working at the resort changed my life, because it let me fulfill my career goals of changing the lives of others”. Malibu is also where Cameron developed the StepWon program and the idea for what he does now, hosting luxury health and fitness retreats and vacations.
